Each personalized program begins with an assessment. Our technicians work with each athlete to formulate 3-4 goals the athlete wants to attain through the use of neurofeedback. After the goals have been established, the athlete plays a game called BrainPrint, where they are connected to the neurofeedback equipment and have their reaction time and accuracy tested. While they are playing the game, the equipment monitors how their brain reacts to success and failure. At the end of the game, the equipment analyzes all of the data and develops a personalized protocol relating to the goals and training program best suited for the athlete.
A typical session lasts about 45 minutes and consists of 2-4 different protocols. It starts with the athlete checking in with their growth areas and then getting connected to the equipment. Once connected, all the athlete has to do is sit, watch and listen to their own brain waves. It is that easy!
