How Do The Programs Work?
Each program begins with an assessment to determine which training program will be most beneficial for your particular goals and unique brainwave signature. Our technicians work with you to identify 3-4 areas you want to improve in your life track these throughout the training program. After the growth areas have been established, you will play a game that creates a brain map by monitoring your brainwaves as you play. This data is analyzed, and a personalized protocol is developed relating to the goals and training program best suited for you. Once your program has been created, you can begin doing sessions. You can achieve your goals by doing as few as two sessions per week!
